truth is, i get really nervous and self-conscious in front of the camera, so i don't particularly enjoy self-portraits, but i realized today, on a day of thanks, that being so anxious and self deprecating is silly. i am thankful for myself and the people that have made me who i am. i have such a beautiful life, and i am so lucky to be able to express this beauty through my photographs. thank you for being you, and being here.
